You’ll need an iPhone with iOS 26 or later and Apple’s free TestFlight app. Tap “Join the beta” to install Alinear through TestFlight. An Apple Watch with watchOS 26 or later is optional.
No. Everything starts on your iPhone. If you also have an Apple Watch, you can check your progress and start or stop wear sessions from your wrist.
Your treatment and wear history stay on your devices and sync through your private iCloud database when iCloud is available. You don’t need to create an Alinear account.
